Shipping
All Orders are shipped within 14 business days once payment is received.
A separate invoice for carrier based shipping costs will be sent once your order is in the weighed and the freight quote is given by our preferred logistics carrier.
No orders will be shipped until shipping is paid for.
All orders are shipped with full damage protection and insurance for theft.
You will be provided with all of the carrier and tracking information once your order is scheduled for pickup.
Signature by someone over the age of 18 will be required.
Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
The customer is responsible for return shipping and a 30% re-stocking fee applies.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Limited 1 Year Warranty is given to the original purchaser of our product in residential applications and is not transferable to subsequent owners. To be covered under our limited 1 Year warranty, you need to retain the original invoice or proof of purchase.
What is covered and for how long?
Bellissima Cabinetry & Construction warrants that all our cabinets and accessories are free from defects in material and workmanship. This warranty is valid as long as you own your home and begins upon the date of delivery to you.
Bellissima Cabinetry & Construction will attempt to repair the defective material or do a one-on-one exchange if we are unable to correct the problem after reasonable number of attempts. This limited 1 year warranty do not include labor cost, consequential damages, nor does it apply to any item(s) that have been improperly installed, handled and assembled.
What is not covered?
The Limited 1 Year Warranty does not cover conditions caused by:
- Improper installation, misuse, negligence, accidents, and abuse
- Scratches caused by pets
- Normal wear and tear such as reductions in gloss, changes in colors (due to aging), marks, scuffs and scratches
- Damage caused by fire, flood, and other natural disasters and Acts of God
